Invite your team

Members are unlimited on every plan, so invite everyone who builds, runs or approves workflows. Owners and admins send invitations. A member who wants to add someone asks one of them.

Each invitation carries a role. You can change it later.

Role What they do
member Builds and runs workflows, creates agents, skills and databases, approves waiting actions.
admin Everything a member does, plus apps, members, billing, API keys and the organization’s settings.
owner Manages the organization like an admin. Whoever creates the organization is its first owner.

See Roles for the full list.

  1. Open the Members page.
  2. Under Invite a teammate, type their email address.
  3. Choose a role next to it.
  4. Press Send invitation.

Your teammate gets an email from Super Flows saying you invited them, with an Accept invitation button. The invitation appears in the members list as Invited, with the role you chose.

  1. Open the email and press Accept invitation.
  2. Sign in, or create an account, with the email address the invitation was sent to.
  3. If the account is new, verify the email address from the verification email.
  4. On the page that names your organization, press Accept, or Decline to turn it down.

Accepting opens the organization’s dashboard. You get an email saying they joined.

A teammate who doesn’t belong to any organization yet also sees the invitation on the welcome page after signing in, with an Accept button.

Each pending invitation on the Members page has two buttons for owners and admins:

  • Copy link copies the invitation’s link, so you can send it another way.
  • Cancel withdraws it. While an invitation is live, inviting the same address again is refused with “User is already invited to this organization”, so cancel it first. After 48 hours it has expired, and you can invite the address again without cancelling.

On the Members page, owners and admins change a member’s role from the list on their row and press Remove to take them out of the organization. You can’t change your own role or remove yourself there. See Inviting and removing members.

When someone leaves, the organization keeps its connections, agents, databases and workflows. They belong to the organization, not to the person who made them.
