Plans
Super Flows charges one flat price per organization. Everyone in the organization shares its plan, and there is no charge per member, per seat or per task. Prices are in US dollars.

Both plans include every step type, every app in the catalog and the API. Pro also includes email support.
Runs, notification emails and AI count per calendar month in UTC and reset on the 1st. Projects, app event subscriptions, databases and agents are caps on how many you have at one time. Allowances and usage explains what counts and what happens at a limit.
AI on each plan
Section titled “AI on each plan”An agent’s provider is Vercel AI Gateway or Workers AI. Gateway agents run on one of two keys.
- Free. Agent steps and agent chats run only on your organization’s own Vercel AI Gateway key. An owner or admin adds it in Settings. Model usage is billed by Vercel to your AI Gateway account.
- Pro. Agents run on the platform’s key, with $5 of AI a month included. Add your own key and agents use it instead, billed to your AI Gateway account and counted against nothing on your plan.
Workers AI agents always run on the platform’s account, never on your key. They are refused on Free, even when you have added your own key. On Pro they run while the month’s AI allowance or credit lasts, and are refused once it is spent. Their own usage is not counted against the $5.
The assistant is on Pro only and always runs on the platform’s key, so its turns count against the $5. See Models and AI keys.
Notification emails on Free
Section titled “Notification emails on Free”On Free, a Notification step may email only verified members of your organization. A step that emails anyone else fails with a message saying so. Pro emails any address. Account emails, such as invitations and approval requests, never count.
See your plan
Section titled “See your plan”The Billing page names your plan, shows this month’s usage against it and lists every plan’s price and what it includes. Every member can open it. Only owners and admins see Upgrade to Pro and Manage subscription.
If Super Flows granted your organization a plan, Billing says you are on it “on the house”. A granted plan applies instead of any subscription.
