Notion
Connect Notion when a workflow or an agent should work with your notes and docs: file meeting notes, add a row to a Notion database, comment on a spec, or start a run when a page is created or edited.
Who can connect it
Section titled “Who can connect it”An owner or admin connects Notion once for the whole organization. A member asks one of them. Every workflow and agent then uses the same connection. See Connecting apps.
Connect Notion
Section titled “Connect Notion”- Open the Apps page.
- Press Connect an app.
- Choose Notion in the Super Connect window.
- Sign in to Notion, choose the workspace, and pick the pages Super Flows may reach.
- Finish when the window reaches Done.
The connection reaches only the pages you picked. On the Apps page, the App column reads Bot user, because Notion connects an integration rather than your own account. Open the row to see the integration’s name and its owner.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”A Notion connection brings actions and events. Actions search, read, create, update and move pages, work with databases and comments, and look up users. Events start a run when a page is created, when a page’s content changes, or when a comment is added. The live list of both is in the builder: the Action node’s picker for actions, and the Event list of an App event trigger for events. An agent uses only the actions you grant it. Action steps never offer a destructive action; an agent can be granted one, and it always waits for a member’s approval.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Notion events carry ids and timestamps, not the content that changed. Add an Action step after the trigger that fetches the page, then use its output in later steps. See Templates and variables.
- Notion batches rapid edits into one event, usually within a minute.
- An event fires only for pages the connection can reach.
Reauthorize Notion
Section titled “Reauthorize Notion”When the connection’s health reads failing or needs reauthorization, an owner or admin opens the Apps page, presses … on its row, then Reauthorize, and signs in to Notion again. The connection stays the same, so workflows, triggers and agent grants need no change. See Reauthorize a connection.
