Managing your subscription
Billing runs through Stripe. You upgrade in Stripe Checkout and manage the subscription in Stripe’s billing portal, both opened from the Billing page.
Who can change the plan
Section titled “Who can change the plan”Owners and admins. Members can open Billing to see the plan and this month’s usage, but they do not see Upgrade to Pro or Manage subscription. A member who needs a change asks an admin, listed on the Members page.
Upgrade to Pro
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro”- Open the Billing page.
- On the Pro card, press Upgrade to Pro.
- In Stripe Checkout, enter your payment details and confirm. Pro is $29 a month, in US dollars.
- Stripe returns you to Billing.
Once Stripe confirms the subscription, the Pro card is marked Current and Pro’s limits apply. This month’s usage carries over: if you used 400 runs on Free, you have 19,600 left for the month on Pro.
Manage the subscription
Section titled “Manage the subscription”On a paid plan, owners and admins see Manage subscription at the top of Billing. It opens Stripe’s billing portal for your organization, where you handle the subscription with Stripe: payment method, invoices and cancellation. The portal links back to Billing when you are done.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”- Open the Billing page.
- Press Manage subscription.
- Cancel the subscription in Stripe’s billing portal.
Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Until then, Billing reads “Your subscription ends on” followed by the date. After that date, the organization is on Free.
What changes on Free
Section titled “What changes on Free”Nothing is deleted. Your projects, workflows, agents, skills, databases, connections and run history stay. Free’s limits apply from the next thing you do:
- Caps. If you have more than 3 projects, agents or databases, they all keep working, but you cannot create another until you are under the cap.
- App event triggers. Live triggers keep listening. Publishing or resuming a workflow that would take you past 2 active app subscriptions is refused.
- Runs and emails. The month’s allowance becomes 500 runs and 100 notification emails, and Notification steps may email only your organization’s members.
- AI. Agent steps and chats run only on your organization’s own Vercel AI Gateway key. Without one, they fail with a message pointing to Settings. Agents on Workers AI stop, since Free does not run them.
- The assistant. It stops answering, since it is on Pro only.
See Allowances and usage for what happens at each limit.
If a payment fails
Section titled “If a payment fails”Your organization has Pro only while its Stripe subscription is active. If Stripe marks it anything else, such as past due after a failed payment, the organization is treated as Free and Billing no longer shows Manage subscription. Pro returns as soon as Stripe marks the subscription active again. Keep the payment method current in the billing portal to avoid the gap.
A plan granted by Super Flows
Section titled “A plan granted by Super Flows”If Super Flows granted your organization a plan, Billing reads “You’re on the Pro plan, on the house.” A granted plan applies instead of any subscription, so there is nothing to pay or cancel for it.
